They explain their services in clear simple terms, though some of their claims to uniqueness are unfounded (eg every umbrella company has to give you sick pay, by law). Their website is well presented, readable and makes sense to a newcomer. It's not overladen with unnecessary information, but provides enough so you know what it's all about.
As a customer, you can access your personal records from their web-portal, at your convenience, as well as using it to submit your time-sheet details each month.
