Please complete the following actions before posting requests for technical support:

To make a request for Technical Support with the Forums, please add a new post here. Remember to describe the problem you are experiencing as clearly and detailed as possible. Where possible, attach a screenshot of the problem.

All requests for technical support will be answered.
We aim to respond to all requests within 24hrs on during the normal working week and by close of business if making a request during the weekend period.
