New Business Manager

The sales department is the key focus of the Maddison Group Ltd for 2008 / 2009 financial year. There are currently two roles unfilled in the sales department for New Business Managers in the Construction and Driving sectors within the recruitment industry.

Job Description.

New Business Manager- This role will be to make new business appointments (with a numbers leads to be supplied by the telesales team) and develop them into new accounts within the agreed market sector of the recruitment industry, the aim of which is to secure that the agency place their workers with the Maddison Group Umbrella and CIS solutions.

As your portfolio of accounts increases there will be a certain amount of account management allowing the accounts to grow and prosper.

Remuneration is based upon experience and qualification. However you can be assured it will be an industry leading package, with no limit on earning potential.

New Business Consultant - Earnings dependent upon experience
